With the addition of the Dillon Family Aquatics Center, the Fremont Family YMCA become the largest Y in the United States. This aquatic addition included an Olympic size pool, serving as regional draw for recreation, swimming meetings, swim classes, and water aerobics. What may be larger than the facility itself, are the goals the Fremont Family YMCA team are achieving.

Almost one in every three members of the Fremont community are members of the YMCA. With such a high ratio of the population, the facility must serve a variety of interests and recreational activities. Fremont citizens can find this with the outstanding aquatic facility, the impressive ice rink, vast spaces for the community to gather, and exceptional fitness facilitates. The Fremont team also set a lofty safety goal – teaching every first grader how to swim. These classes are offered to all children in Fremont, with a no-youth denied program, Fremont sets no price on the safety of our youth. 

Fremont YMCA is the largest Y in the United States and is making the largest impact on their community.
